All Motor Comes with 100% startup warranty.

One month warranty on the Head and Block only on non-turbo motors. In the event that a part of the engine block or head is found to be defective, this part will be replaced. Warranty does NOT include external accessories including but not limited to electrical components, sensors, alternators, pumps, pulleys, belts, wiring, mounts, distributor components, gaskets, or any plastic trim pieces. Special order engines come AS-IS and come with no warranty expressed or implied. Any Labor for installation or removal of any defective part is not included in this warranty. No replacement parts will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. Any engine or parts that are found to have been overheated or show any signs of damage due to improper or unqualified installation procedures, or signs of the aftermarket forced induction systems or Nitrous Oxide will not be covered by this warranty. Transmissions, whether sold with engine or separately, are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied.

Conditions:

Our warranty covers internal engine parts. Engine block, cylinder barrels and cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion;

Our warranty does not cover the following:

. All external parts of an engine such as steering pump, intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetor,

alternator, distributor, starter, emission, thermostat, belts, hoses,

clutch, flywheel, pulleys, wiring, computers (ECU), turbocharger units, fuel injector, gaskets and any

plastic trim pieces.

. The loss of engine, if the engine is redlined or competitively raced.

. The loss of engine as a result of insufficient amount of oil in the engine.

. Any labor for installation or removal of any defective part of an engine.

. Any damage to the engine improperly installed.

. Loss caused by modification (NOS, Turbo, Supercharged) for which the engine was not designed.

. Loss caused by overheating of the engine, unless overheating is the direct result of the failure of an

internal part of the engine.

. Any tune ups and adjustments in belts, hoses, filters, emission control devices,

sparkplugs, etc.

. Decrease in performance of any covered part due to normal wear and tear,

unless actual breakdown occurs.

The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the the returned defective item in question.

1) Replace timing belt(s) and water pumps. **

2) Check cooling system. Service if rusted or contaminated with oil and replace coolant. **

3) The motor should be installed , maintained, and/or adjusted by a qualified technician. **

4) Talk to someone who has done the swap before. 

5) Perform a full tune up, including a full flush & refill of all the fluids.

6) Replace as much on the JDM motor as possible, Including timing belt, gaskets, sensors, distributor, ect...

7) Reserve funds for required swap parts or old parts that could use replacing (eg. broken senors, linkage).

8) Make sure you can go without a car for a month or so incase there is trouble/delay with the installation.

**If you do not comply with these three terms your warranty is automatically voided.

Returns:

No returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by JazzProParts, Inc. Pictures of the product(s) maybe required to issue a RMA. A 35% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will be billed on any returned items, after being inspected by our staff upon their return to our warehouse. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer container and never used. All special orders require full payment in advance, and there is are no returns on specially ordered items. Any returns arriving at our warehouse without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sending address collect freight. The original Buyer is the only person that may request a return for products.

Defective items will only be replaced, not refunded.

All refused orders will be charged 50%, of the invoice amount, restocking fee plus all freight charges to return the item to our warehouse.

Cancelled Orders:

Cancelled orders may incur charges if the item(s) has not shipped. If the item(s) have already been shipped then it will incur charges as stated in the Returns terms and conditions mentioned above.

DELIVERY

All credit card order shipments will only be sent to the billing address that the credit card statement is mailed to. Shipments will not be sent to any other addresses.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

It is preferable to resolve all disputes confidentially, individually, and in an expeditious and inexpensive manner. The parties involved shall first attempt to resolve any dispute or differences between them by way of good faith negotiation. The good faith negotiation shall commence by each party communicating their position regarding the complaint, claim, dispute, or controversy to the other party, and how the parties should resolve the dispute. The parties shall then make good faith efforts to negotiate a resolution of the claim, dispute, or controversy. We strongly urge you contact us before doing a chargeback so we can  quickly and efficiently rectify the dispute.

- We do not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any item we sell in your particular area.

- Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty.
